Firstly, do you know the main components to make an aluminum window? The answer is the aluminum profile, glass, and hardware. No matter what kinds of windows, they are made by the 3 components. To produce the windows, we need:

1. Aluminum profile: Extrusion - 15~25 days

2. Aluminum profile with required color: Surface treatment (Powder coated, anodizing, etc) - 5~7 days

3. Aluminum profile cut with required sizes: Cutting - 3~5 days

4. Aluminum window frame: Assembly with hardware - 5~7 days

5. Glass: Order big glass sheet - 15~20 days

6. Glass with required size: Cutting - 3 days

7. Glass processed to double/triple glass, laminated glass, etc. - 3 days

8. Glass installation: Silicon & Rubber sealant - 4~6 days

9. Dry the glass silicon: Wait for the silicon getting dry - 3 days

10. Window testing & final adjustment - 2 days

12. Packing - 2 days

13. Loading & Shipping - 1 day 

Now I guess you have a full picture of what happened before getting your windows. With the aluminum profile and glass prepared together, still it will take 40-60 days to finish production, excluded the scheduling time.
